Systematic account of the hermeneutics of comparison and contrast of Rabbinic Judaism.

The hermeneutics that conveyed the rules of proper reading of the Halakhah formed out of occasional rules and conceptions a single, demonstrably cogent statement, one of entire integrity: a category-formation. The hermeneutics of all Halakhic texts of Rabbinic Judaism commences with the respective category-formations, seen whole. These constitute the coherent texts of the living religion of the dual Torah, the building blocks out of which that religion constructs its social order and intellectual system. Any other approach takes data-sentences-out of context or treats them as having no context, yielding only philology, not religion.
