This book is a comprehensive guide to head and neck imaging for postgraduate trainees, radiologists and ENT surgeons, authored by internationally recognised experts from the University of Toronto.

Beginning with an introduction to imaging techniques, the following chapters are organised by anatomical region of the head and neck, including temporal bone, orbit, paranasal sinuses, thyroid and larynx.

Each section covers the embryology and anatomy of the region and common pathologic entities and disorders that may affect it. The final chapter discusses radiation oncology, providing an overview of its principles, radiobiology and radiophysics.

More than 1120 radiological images, diagrams and tables are included and each section ends with a detailed bibliography for further reading.
