Jacob Neusner has presented two-and-a-half-dozen book reviews and Auseinandersetzungen, disputes and debates on the study of formative Judaism. He makes an effort to read the dissertations and monographs in that field, particularly as these intersect with the studies on problems Neusner has chosen to solve. Presented in this book are some of the results for the decade that has now concluded.
