Gender diversity has been identified as critical if we are to embrace the full human potential. Women physicists have few peers or limited mentoring. There are many books about the issues and the history of women in physics and science. Until now there has not been a book to give women advice on how to succeed in physics as a career and achieve a happy and balanced life.
